I reviewed the dumps that my system was generating and your latest dump almost perfectly matches a 0x12B dump that mine generated. Since i turned off Sleep mode on the system has not suffered a BSOD in the past week. I have since disabled sleep mode and just have it set to turn off the monitor off after 15 min. I continued to have BSOD's for another 4 days (files uploaded to the GDrive linked below) at which time i noticed those 4 crashs happened either coming out of sleep or within a min or 2 of coming out of sleep mode.

My guess is memory would get corrupted by a strange power situation but I don't know for sure.So just for an update on this issue. The problem turned out to be a flaky Seasonic PSU for my system. It would often work fine for days even after multiple sleep/wake cycles. It only seemed to crash - at some random point - after it had previously gone through a sleep/wake cycle. Has the system ever crashed after it was Restarted and subsequently never gone through a sleep/wake cycle? My Haswell system would work fine after a Restart for hours or even days if I set it to never go to sleep.
